I had my Isla for less than two blissful weeks before it broke and I was forced to send it back to their California to claim my warranty. The problem was that when it got to the 6th mode, it would jump to the highest intensity no matter what intensity it was previously on, any attempt to lower it would just power off the device. I got the replacement about 2 weeks later today, and found that the replacement does the EXACT same thing. I'm livid. But before I go on an angry rampage I'd like to check that that's not how the last mode is supposed to be (I certainly don't remember it doing that in the first week and few days that I had it but I could be mistaken). Help?
