I seriously don't know about this one for me. I use all my toys with my partner and I think he would hurt me with this one! Has anyone ever had a REAL accident with a toy like this?

I don't see why it would hurt you. It's made of silicone. I'm sure you could cause discomfort if you thrust too hard or get pain from g-spot stimulation (which I sometimes do). When letting someone else use a toy on you, you should tell them to be easy with it and TELL them what/how to do it.
