I had the same problem too, at first. Then I realized the batteries in the vibrator were in wrong.

When you say the batteries were in wrong how so? I double checked the batteries and it still doesnt work - the batteries are in correctly also.

After a few uses, the button became finicky. It worked on and off towards the end of the battery life. New batteries made the button function perfectly again.
