I plan on purchasing either the Tango or Salsa bullets soon. I know I would love the Little Secret Tease if the vibrations were strong enough, but I've read that they are rather weak. Do you think the sleeve would fit over either of these bullets?

I think it would.

From the size description of the bullet those come with, it sounds about the same size.

I held the Tango up to some 1:1 images and it seemed the same size, too.

Definitely am. I prefer the shape of the Tango's tip to the Salsa's. Glad to know if I get the Tease, the sleeve will fit over it! I'm considering getting the Spoon now, too... or perhaps collect them all?
