"If it needs explaining, it's too much for you." Now that's not very nice. It's of a very odd shape, so some confusion is bound to come about. It's friendlier to explain how something works, rather than just tell them to look again.

Anyways, I believe the hooked end works as a handle, while the other one is meant to be inserted anally, since it's a prostate massager. I'm pretty sure that's how it's meant to go, anyway.
