I have so far purchased quite a few toys here on EF in the two months of being here, and after about 20 of them I bumped into 2 which I will have to send back to get another one...

Out of almost 100 products, I've only had to send one back because it was defective and the rest were because the sizing was wrong or I didn't like the way a toy smelled (UR3 materials tend to stink like sweet, overwhelming vanilla or a shower curtain depending on who you talk to).

Not a toy, really, but anyway...a piece of lingerie I ordered was too small. Thats the only thing I've had to send back.

Twice I got something that was broken, my fiance got something broken and I received the wrong item once for an assignment but I got to keep it and got what I wanted originally. It's not EF's fault it's not like THEY made the products. I'm still here No hard feelings.

Only 1 was defective and had to be sent back to Eden. One of my Lelo toys died within the first year too, but that got sent back to Lelo, not Eden.

It is one time, but not because I want to be refunded.. No, it is because Customs didn't allow it to pass.. So it is was returned to EF.

I have only had to send one item back so far, and it was due to a defect so I just got another of the same item. There was also a babydoll where the cups were way too small that I considered returning, but it fit a good friend of mine great so I gave it to her instead.

I have never really had a toy I had a problem with, but I did buy a toy from Amazon and it had little to no power, and seemed defective.

When I had an EF sponsored review item, I had to send it back because the mechanical stuff was done wrong in the product, so it was un-usable so I couldn't review it. It was the review for the Turbo Stroker.

I also had to send back a corset because the straps were destroyed upon arrival.

Other than those two things, everything has been fine.

I haven't sent any back. I thought about sending my baby fairy wand back but decided just to keep it as a key chain and not worry about it being broken.

I've returned one thing to Eden because it was defective. Everything else I've been pretty happy with.

At my UK toy store, that I've been shopping at much longer, I've returned two items for just not working out for me (they have a generous return policy), one lingerie item where they sent the wrong size, and two defective items.

So three defectives and one order-packing error in several years of buying toys isn't bad.
