I'm going with none of the above. The best rotating rabbit I've used is the Rosebud from Vibratex. It's on the small side, but it's silicone and reasonably strong.

Silicone is definitely the safest, but if you aren't planning on sharing, take good care of them, and have a certain feature in mind TPE isn't the worst material out there.
