I don't find it "unacceptable". What two consenting adults do in their relationship is totally fine, as long as it's not harming another person. That being said, it's not something I want.

As much as this sort of situation in actuality sounds very wrong to me, I can see the appeal in age-play but I personally don't care to know more about the incest part of it.
