Just a month or two shy of ten years. It wasn't the age difference that broke us up, it was the experience/life stages we were at.

As it stands now, just a hair over 4 years with my new friend. She's older.

My fiancee is 16 years older than me, she got a bit of hell for it at first.. but to be honest she had been drinking a bit.. I hit on her. She also thought I was in my mid-twenties.. and I had just turned 20 less than two months prior. Since the day we officially met we have been together. Her friends (except some guys who wnat in her pants) have accepted our relationship as committed and not just a fling or sex after 8 months into our relationship.
