this tends to happen with me from time to time. I have been STD tested and im clean. so any thing that i can do to prevent this from hapening.

If it is something happens often and is bothersome I would talk to you doctor to make sure nothing else is wrong

Do you use lubricant? If so, maybe you have a reaction to one of its ingredients.

seen two different docters. they say its common. and not to worry as long as its not all the time or when i pee. but it dose not happen all the time. but when it dose it sucks pretty bad.

thats a good point but its not all the time. I would think if it was that it would be more often than not

I think it just happens. You have just had blood engorge your penis. You have had muscles contract. This could easily just be your body responding to what is views as a minor injury (aka too much blood for too long or the muscles contracting from ejaculation a little too hard)

I actually posted a similar question a few weeks back and the answer I received was pretty similar to what I've heard elsewhere. Basically, it's possible for the urethra to become slightly irritated or sensitive after orgasm, especially if that orgasm is accompanied by ejaculation. If you know it's not an STD and your doctor likewise assures you that it's normal, then I wouldn't worry about it. It IS annoying, though, so anyone who knows how to minimize/eliminate this problem is more than welcome to follow up.

Oh, and I suppose it depends on what you mean by "burning of the dick." If you mean inside/near the tip, then what I said above goes. If you're talking about the outside, then the issue could probably be fixed with more/better lube. Remember, contrary to popular belief, most lotions are NOT good lubes for solo play; almost all of them contain irritants that, while nothing for the hands, can make your penis burn.
