I'm not sure exactly what is being asked, but I take the question to mean if increasing the number of times you ejaculate affects your mood somehow.

I would say yes, depending on how many times I ejaculate within a given time frame, I could get very strong headaches and become very adverse to more sexual activity for some time afterwards.
