I think it could be hot for in the bedroom, but as far as to wear everyday or out and about, I don't really care for it. I don't really care for makeup in general so more subtle is better in my opinion.
It really depends on the entire look, but yes, I do. And my Baby looks amazing pretty much with any shades! (She is really good at combining and creating different looks.)
I think I can answer for my husband. When I wear really red or really pink lip sticks he usually says, "Ya look like a French Whore!" OK, with our dynamic, that isn't an insult....
I'm going to do like P'Gell I know the answer of my husband so it shouldn't be limited to just males. My husband isn't a fan of makeup at all so I don't wear it. He prefers women with natural look. The only time I wear any makeup is to weddings-funerals and those are soft colors.
Depends on the color for me, some shades look better than others to me. Although, I prefer no make up on the wife, she is beautiful just the way she was created.
Bright colors remind me of clowns. Clowns dress up that way because that is their job, but when women put on makeup and look like clowns, they are trying to attract people. I find this ironic.
