I believe what happens is that your body reabsorbs the fluids and sugars - then starts to make less semen because your body tries to adapt to the circumstance. Personally I think its a worthless pursuit - but if it floats your boat - go for it.

I am not sure you will notice anything. There is no law of nature that says you HAVE to ejaculate, we just do cuz it's enjoyable.
