I've noticed during the fun and games that if I'm dehydrated it's a no go.

I try to stay hydrated but I've noticed that after sex I feel really dry and drink tell I swish. I've also had times where no matter what he did I wouldn't get wet tell I drank enough water.

I haven't noticed any effects. Yesterday morning I was a little hungover and woke up with a super dry mouth but then we had sex and I was actually more wet than usual.

As a squirter I REALLY need to be hydrated because I end up losing a lot of water during sex.

I usually only feel dehydrated after sex, so I try to keep a bottle of water around incase that happens. I don't notice any difference in the amount of lubrication I produce, though.

Never thought about it. I STAY hydrated and hubby is always DRY. However, after sex, we always seem go get something to drink. If it is a long "sex a thon", we will have some beverages at the bedside anyway.
