For me it doesn't matter, but whenever I'm on break from school or something I'm always more sexually charged.

If my allergies start acting up, or I get a sinus headache that might kill my sex drive, but otherwise the weather doesn't affect me. Well, maybe if I'm so hot I can't stand myself, that might be a downside.
