This reminds me of a common way to date is the nice dinner, followed by a movie or some other fun time, then straight to the sack (or skip the movie/activity and go straight to the sack...). It's kind of hard to not burp, fart, relieve the bowels, etc. after a good meal. If you're full, you definitely will have heightened gag reflex because the stomach is saying "no more intake!"

But, if someone was drinking too much, and threw-up after having sex, does that count? Wouldn't that be classified as being sick?

I have never gotten sick from sex (at least that I know of), but I'm sure that my partner and I have unwittingly shared germs with each other plenty of times when getting busy that later gave us colds or whatnot. I'm willing to take that risk But nothing serious.

not from sex, but this one time something ended up stuck somewhere and it caused intestinal distress.
