i take a medication before going to bed, around the time my partner and i would be having intercourse (we're very routine), so after i climax - i dont have to orgasm - it sparks the active ingredient in my one medication to help me sleep and i fall right to sleep no problem. However, even before i would take medications, sex/having an orgasm would usually result in me falling asleep.
