Things usually get cleaned multiple times in multiple ways between uses, because I'm paranoid.

Soap and hot water is fine for me, and I only use antibacterial soap on anal toys (no need to promote super germs unnecessarily). I occasionally do a CLEAN ALL THE THINGS and boil all the toys, then I wrap them in plastic and put them away. I also boil if I'm going to share them. If I need something to wipe down a toy immediately after or during use then I can use a wet washcloth or a baby wipe. No need for expensive extras.

Also... LLAMAS.

Clear antibacterial soap and hot tap water. I use a lot of silicone lube and sometimes I'll use some cheap clarifying shampoo to strip off the lube then soap and water.

Soap and water usually, since my toys are all non-pourus materials it's prety easy to clean them. Sometimes I'll use and eden wipe or toy cleaner, but I always wash it with soap and water after.
