If I don't have anything in my vagina, it is extremely difficult for me to orgasm and usually less satisfying when I do.

If I don't have any clitoral stimulation, it is usually impossible for me to orgasm (but has very rarely happened).

If I've got both going at once, then I'm likely to have a good orgasm.

NOT being on anti-depressants.

Sucks that I have to be on them again because I can come in no time flat without them. Aroused while on them, yes. Ability to orgasm while on them, no.

But being nice and personable to other people seems to be more important. :-/

I do not need any sort of stimulation to have an orgasm. I actually started masturbating because I was having spontaneous orgasms every few days, and it was annoying (I identified as asexual until I was 21, then changed to demisexual).

With a partner, the only thing I require is a connection to the person I'm with, and then any stimulation of any kind works (except rubbing my nose, because erotic nose-rubbing is far too silly). Even talking to me in a low voice can work.

Clitoral stimulation is the only thing that's ever even come close to getting me to orgasm I wish it was easier for me, but as it stands I need fairly specific, concentrated clitoral stimulation. It's even tough for me to get off with just my fingers, and having something inside me ~can~ distract from it and delay orgasm, I've found. This also makes it really tough for my guy to get me off . No fun! I would really love to have more options, especially G-spot stimulation, which I've never actually encountered.

No clit stimulation for me, please. I can get off from nipple stimulation, penetration both anal and vaginal (at the same time is bonus points), Mental stimulation (like dirty talk), I've even gotten off from a particularly nice back rub before (My back is more sensitive than that useless freeloader, the clit), and I definitely like pain as a method to get off (flogging, crop, paddle, etc).
