I need some sort of penetration to orgasm. Clitoral stimulation helps, but I can rarely orgasm from that alone, unless I am extremely horny (more-so than normal). Anything anal will usually throw me over the edge. Nipples don't really do much for me unless there is a lot of pressure, pinching, or biting involved (not so much that it feels as if they are going to be ripped off, but just shy of painful).

Clitoral stimulation is enough most of the time. If I feel like I'm not getting anywhere I'll add anal penetration. When I have time for a longer session I use clitoral + vaginal or clitoral + anal or all of the above.

All I need is penetration (although, direct clitoral stimulation never hurts). I was blessed; it doesn't take much for me to get off. I can get off on purely clitoral stimulation sometimes but my G-spot is the real goldmine and while the most satisfying orgasms come from all of the above (I could actually probably take or leave nipple), if I had to only choose one, it would definitely be penetration.
