has anyone had experience with using any exercise balls and a nuva ring birth control? is it awkward? do you take it out?

I had the ring for a while, and most balls shouldn't get in the way of it. When taking them out, sometimes they catch on the ring, but it's easy to just put it back in. I wouldn't worry about it!

It didn't feel extremely weird for me when I was using the Nuva Ring... Actually, I didn't feel it at all!

The ring isn't supposed to interfere with intercourse, or in this case, same thing. If it does, then the ring is in the wrong spot. If the ring comes out on accident, just rinse it off and put it right back in there. Don't take the ring out prior to doing the exercising.
