I’m in shock. I have just discovered that amazing, rare creature: an adult movie that I can watch all the way through without reaching for the fast forward button.

Erotic Encounters is a great series of vignettes based on women’s fantasies. Almost each scene begins with a female voice over, explaining the fantasy. From there, we get to see it come to life – with incredibly hot guys that the camera just seems to worship.

In fantasy number one, a young brunette jumps her gardener in the yard, while fantasy number two is based on the idea of strangers in an alley. The third scene takes place at a rustic farmhouse with a couple darting through the laundry lines. A young movie-goer takes fantasy number four in hand when she seduces the concession guy during a double-feature, and the fifth scene is a warm welcome to the new guy in town.

The beginning of fantasy number six warrants the mute button. I think someone mixed up the scene with another voice over. The narrator made it sound like we should be expecting to see some sort of dominance play. According to the voice over, she wants to give her surfer boy complete control. I didn’t see anything that matched that tone. It was a rather typical scene of grab and grind.

I really liked how they set up fantasy number seven. The idea behind Upstairs/Downstairs is that the solo fantasies of two neighbors combine, and they come together in such a way that you cannot tell the fantasy from the movie reality.

Fantasy number eight was the main reason I wanted to review this movie. In a word? Vampires. Super hot guy in goth. I just saw him on the cover and became a puddle of lust. It’s even better in live action, especially with the way the camera kept stroking up and down his body. His little vampire groupie was kind of creepy; she did some strange posing in the beginning, and toward the end, she was so crazy flexible she could have licked her own pussy. But back to him. This scene used some speedy camera tricks to establish his powers of the undead, including a series of super-fast flips during his approach and then a bed dive that would have been silly in real time.

This is definitely not the most explicit film out there, and that’s one of the reasons I enjoyed it so much. It’s a nice bridge between mainstream porn and soft core. They used a variety of different locations and positions to mix it up but nothing out of the ordinary. There are several cum shots but not so many that I was bored enough to hit the fast forward button. This would be a great movie to mirror with a partner, living out the fantasies as they play on the screen.

This movie has immediately earned a place of honor in my toy box, and I look forward to watching my favorite scenes again soon.
