The Accidental Hooker by Wicked Pictures - review by Liberty Belle

Once this movie arrived, I was really looking forward to watching it. The packaging, photography and text on the front and back covers was elegant, classy and had a sophisticated look and feel. Although skeptical of adult movies with plot lines, the faux-documentary angle of this movie and its aura of high quality production had me intrigued.

The actress in this film, Kaylani Lei, is gorgeous. She has an amazing body and an exotic beauty to her face. While I don't see an Academy Award in her future, her scripted lines were delivered well. She narrates the tale of how she became a prostitute to documentary makers, and her interview with them is spliced with erotic scenes from past experiences of hers. The balance of interview time to xxx action time is good, there's not an excessive amount of plot or talking.

The sets, lighting and costumes (what little of them there are) were all really tasteful. There was nothing distracting, like people wearing nothing but socks and tennis shoes, or a belt (why do porn makers do this? who would leave their tennis shoes or belt on?). Actually, there was one thing--Kaylani smoked Virginia Slim cigarettes throughout the entire movie. During the interviews, during hot threesome action, even during actual sex. I would have been fine with a little bit of smoking but it was constant, and it got to the point that I kept finding myself imagining how bad her hands and mouth must smell and taste. That wasn't sexy.

All of the actors and actresses in the movie were attractive, well groomed and in good shape. It was an especially nice bonus to find this true of the male talent in the movie, they were all easy to look at. The high quality of production and lighting was very flattering.

I want to detail hot sex scenes for you and tell you I ripped my clothes off and jumped my husband after watching but that didn't happen for me for some reason. I actually found myself ready to fall asleep during some of it, there was a lot of repetitive positions and thrusting that got old after a while. Some sexy things were happening, like anal sex and blow jobs with two girls, but for some reason it wasn't that exciting. There was a great blow job at the beginning involving lots of spit and sexy noises, but that stands out as the only big highlight for me. I'm not sure if the high-quality production took some of the gritty realness that makes it erotic away, or if I'm desensitized to adult movies or what, but my husband confessed that he felt the same way. The women were beautiful, the action was happening, but it still somehow felt a little boring.

I think this movie does have potential for couples, especially for couples new to watching porn together. The soft and pretty way that it's shot may make it more attractive for women intimidated by (or unsure about) adult movies. For anyone looking for something fast-paced and hardcore, I don't think The Accidental Hooker is what you're looking for.
