The Cocky Copper Jerk Off Cop was at the same party as the Inflatable Talking Sheep I reviewed a few weeks ago. The Cocky Copper Jerk Off Cop comes on a thin cardboard backing, inside a little plastic form fitting bubble, like a kid’s toy would. The image on the card is that of a blue sky, with a few fluffy white clouds, and a police car. Across the bottom, underneath the actual toy, the card says “Video Tape This!!!”. This cop is about 3 inches tall. He is wearing black boots, black pants, black shirt, and a black hat with a badge on the front. He has his penis and both testicles pulled outside of his pants, and is clearly fixed in a permanent masturbating position. I am going out on a limb here a bit, but proportionately if this were a real person, he would probably have more of a male porn star sized penis.
