The Pace is an interesting addition to my growing collection of anal toys. I love that it can be sterilized and how well aluminum retains heat. Overall, this is a pretty cool toy from one of my favorite companies.

I am the proud owner of the Alumina Revolve and love it so much that I just had to check out the Pace, an aluminum butt plug from the same line.
All of the toys in the Alumina line are phthalate-free and non-porous. They can also be sterilized, which is incredibly important if you’re sharing your toys. All you need to do is run the Pace through the dishwasher without any soap, boil it, or wipe it down with a 10 percent bleach solution!
One great thing about this line is that each toy is made of two ends that screw together, so you can mix and match. I switched out the hand of the Pace with the rippled end of the Revolve and created a whole new toy! I found that this switch added a little more length to the Pace’s pointy end and made this a good toy for vaginal play. The Pace itself isn’t really long enough for me, but this switch gave me the extra couple of inches I needed! Of course, you should never use a butt toy in your girl bits without sterilizing it first.
As a plug, I think that the Pace is pretty nice. It’s about five inches long and the diameter is 1 1/4" at its widest point. It’s also a lot heavier than any other plugs I’ve ever used and I found that extra weight to be really nice. I’m relatively new to anal play and found that the shape of this toy allows you to really take your time and be comfortable. I do have to admit that I’d prefer the toy have a more distinct base, but I trust the people at Tantus know what they’re doing.
Aluminum is really great for temperature play and I really love warming this baby up by running it under some hot water, especially during the cold winter nights! The warm tip felt great as my partner ran it up and down my body before getting down to business.
Overall, I’m really pleased with this new toy line and this butt plug. It looks really sharp and is built to last. Plus, if you’re crazy enough to ever decide to get rid of it, it recycles!

I just wanted to say that as Spring rolls around, I appreciate the Alumina line even more. Running this cool toy down my partners back is a sure way to get her going!
