The Prostate Buddy has various uses. Its main use is for stimulating a man's perineum and prostate. It can also be used as a deep reaching, filling anal plug. Being acutely curved it can be used for stimulating a woman's G spot. It also comes with a bullet for added pleasure.

This combo toy is made by Eden Fantasys. It can be used hands-free or manually manipulated. Its main purpose is to press on the prostate. If you turn it sideways, it will look like the letter C. While inserted into a man's anus the outer arm will massage the perineum. It has a long flared "nose" for that deep and fullness filling.

This can be used almost anywhere. One can wear it while walking with adequate underwear support. You can sit on it while working or watching TV. Just be sure the chair/sofa is soft or has a cushion. A word of caution, if one sits down too hard/fast or on a hard wooden chair it may cause some pain.

It is totally waterproof and can be used while lying in the tub.

Prostate Buddy is made of silicone. The insertable part of the toy is smooth. It will have that slight distinctive silicone smell. Not strong though. You would have to put it up to your nose to detect it. This has a slight drag to it like most silicone toys.

The body of PB is flexible and can be bent easily with one hand. However, it is firm though for easy insertion. I suspect it has a firm plastic body inside and is coated with blue silicone.

The silicone on this PB will retain odors. Advisable to clean out first or use a condom.

The included bullet is made of shiny plastic. It takes 3 A13 button batteries.


The batteries came inside the bullet and it was protected by a little white round piece of plastic to avoid accidental powering on.

As mentioned, when you turn this sideways, it will look like the letter C. The tip is tapered for easy insertion. The tip is flared for added stimulation when entering your backdoor. Then it tapers down so your sphincter will suck it in for you. Then there is a sizable bump that will cradle your prostate. You will need to make sure it sits in properly to reap all its benefits.

The part that presses against the perineum is quite nubbed. At first it took some getting used to. This part of toy also makes it very ergonomic. With its handle-like design, it's easy to insert/remove or thrust.

I especially like its design. It not only massages the prostate but fills the anal canal nicely. The bulged tip is curved so it can go in deep. The curved length gives you that fullness filling.

An intermediate anal player will love the size. I would classify the side as medium. I think even if I was a beginner I would still enjoy it. Anal people always want it bigger. It is tapered and smooth, so easy to take.

This was more enjoyable than I expected. I already have the Lelo Billy, the Aneros Vice and MGX. Actually the Lelo Billy was one of my first reviews for EF. I particularly like the Billy and the MGX. In fact all of them can give me a P-spot orgasm. The Prostate Buddy, however, can be worn short term while sitting, walking and doing everyday chores.

Just having it in felt good. Gentle thrusting with it was very satisfying. Turning on the vibe created a few P spot's O's within 5-7 minutes. However, I think my prostate is tuned for O's from so much toying and regular use of my nJoys.

As for long term wear, I will find out in the near future. I doubt if it will replace my favorite nJoy products though.

As for the bullet vibe strength, it was adequate. The entire toy shook, with most the vibrations nearer the bullet. The vibe also was very quiet. I figure since it uses watch batteries probably will weaken after a few hours of use. Good thing they are not expensive. You can get 10 for a little over $3.

Silicone is easy to care for. After playing use warm water and soap. If it retains some odors, then soak in a 10% bleach/water solution. Storing silicone products is always a challenge. They always pick up dust, lint and hair. So best rinse off before using them.

I would also suggest removing the cap from the bullet if not in use for a while.

PB came in a simple cello package. No instructions or illustrations. It is pretty self explanatory when you pick up the toy. And I hope my review will serve your needs and questions.

Using the right amount of lube on this is important. If too much, it will gravitate down. Another suggestion is to clean out before playing. Or use a condom. The silicone used on this retains odors. I had to soak it in the 10% bleach solution overnight after my second use.

Also after periods of non use the bullet did not turn on without a few tries. Holding the on button for 5+ seconds seemed to do the trick.

I carefully slipped it in while lying sideways in bed. Once inserted, I laid on my back. I had issues with it staying in though. It slipped out a few times. The vibes also didn't seem to be particularly strong. Seemed the mattress was dampening it as I laid there. Turning sideways and holding it in did the trick. Now I could feel it working its magic. I also enjoyed the full deep filling this provides.

My next session was to wear it while working at my desk at home. This was twice as good as the session in bed. It felt great while walking around. My tight briefs had no problems with keeping it from slipping down. Also I used less lubricant this time. While sitting at my desk, I turned on the vibe. Oh, it was fantastic ! In a few minutes I had a few P spots O's. Since I was suppose to be working I turned off the vibe. It became too much of a distraction.
