I got this on whim because it was on sale and pretty; I had never had a glass toy before. I am definitely glad I did! It came in a lovely black velvet bag wrapped in bubble wrap and is as beautiful in real life as it is in the picture online. It has a nice length, not too short, and it is narrow; just the right size. Too much girth would not be comfortable with a glass toy. The texture and what you do with it are more important than width with this one. The shape also creates a nice handle to hold on to at the base, which flares to one side. I am not sure how it would be with anal. Always be careful to use toys with a wide base with anal penetration to avoid unfortunate mishaps.

It is nice and shiny like a work of art! I can see through it. It is mostly clear and has gold wrapped around the shaft. Glass has no smell and is not porous so it is very safe in that respect and feels nice and smooth except for the design that adds texture with the ridges. It cleans easily.

I use this for penetration, solo and partner. The base is shaped well for holding on to and thrusting. It is not for vigorous motion though. The hard material might be too much for some: it has no give. I really enjoyed moving it side to side in me for really great g-spot pressure. The weight of the dildo is much more than silicone so it hits hard on my g-spot. The feeling is unlike softer toys I have and I enjoy it. The ridges add texture that I can feel and I like it, though if you are sensitive it may be too much.

Reading other things, I have heard that you can use glass items for sensory play, either by heating it up or getting it cold. I have yet to try that, but it sounds like fun!
