The Eden intense anal beads as the name says is for anal stimulation. I see no reason why, like a lot of anal toys, it couldn't be used for vaginal penetration also. As a matter of fact the first time my wife saw it she thought it was for pussy play because of the small arm on the side. It looks like a clit stimulator.
The sizes listed in the description may possibly scare first time anal toy users off. They say that the Eden intense has an insertable length of 8 1/2 inches and the largest beads are 1 1/4 inches in diameter. Our measurements showed it only to have 5 inches of insertable length and the largest bead was only 1 inch in diameter. This smaller size should be easier for first time anal play. It's soft to the touch, but yet firm enough for easy insertion.
It's made of TPR, which is waterproof slightly and porous so I recommend using a condom on it if you intend to ever share this toy. Even if you don't use a condom it is easy to clean. The Eden intense is made of TPR and has no smell. The one I received was a crystalline purple color which my wife liked a lot. It appears to have some kind of coating on it, that makes it appear dull and which, no matter how hard we tried, we couldn't wash off. Not knowing what this coating was, and because my wife intended to try it for vaginal play as well as us both using it for anal play, we use a condom on it any time we use it. The TPR is soft and springy to the touch but yet firm enough for easy anal penetration.
The design of the Eden intense anal play beads has an artistic flair to it. There is a series of graduated in size balls, five to be exact, molded into a serpentine handle. The handle is a loop which is easy to hang on to even with lube-covered fingers.The confusing part of its design for us was the small arm protruding from the handle and base of the fifth ball. What was this arm intended to do? I did feel a small amount of P-spot stimulation, but not much. My wife said that when she used it vaginally, the arm was at the wrong angle to give her any clit stimulation and was too short to penetrate anally at the same time. As I said before, the sizes in the description are misleading. The largest ball is only one inch in diameter and the smallest is only about 1/2 an inch in diameter which makes it easy to insert anally. We both were only able to insert the Eden intense just past the 4th ball, meaning we could only insert it five inches anally. Some anal beads are used to be withdrawn at orgasm to increase the intensity. My wife and I both attempted this and were disappointed. With the balls getting smaller from the bottom to the top any intensity of feeling diminished as it was pulled out. I'd easily recommend this toy for any anal play beginners.
The Eden intense anal play beads would be an excellent beginner toy for someone to explore anal play. I've been enjoying anal play for many years and found it rather small and ineffective. If it didn't have the small arm on the side and I could insert the full 8 1/2 inches, it may be more enjoyable. My wife found it too small to enjoy vaginally and the small arm did nothing for clit stimulation. The only time we found the play beads to add to our enjoyment was when I had sex with my wife doggie style, entering her vagina from the rear, and used the beads anally on her at the same time as me penetrating her. We both found this quite stimulating.
Being made of TPR the Eden anal play beads are slightly porous making them difficult to clean completely with just soap and water and is not dishwasher or boiling water safe. TPR is compatible with silicone and water-based lubes. Because TPR has a tendency to attract dust, we keep this toy in a zip-lock or a plastic bag.
The packaging for the Eden intense play beads was rather disappointing. It came in a clear cellophane wrapper with no name, manufacturer, or instructions of any kind.
As anal toys go, the Eden intense anal play beads are very disappointing to me. I'm sure this is because I've been involved with anal play for many years and I've got used to larger toys. I was hoping for more prostate stimulation from this toy but it just didn't happen. For an anal play beginner this would be an excellent starting toy.

If you read my review you know that I found little use for the little arm sticking out of the bottom of the Eden intense anal beads except that it kept me from getting the last bead in my butt. I since have remove the small arm with a sharp knife and found it to be extremely pleasurable. With the small arm removed I was able to insert the entire length of the beads in my butt and it was very exciting to say the least. The bigger beads at the bottom put just enough pressure on my prostate to take me to a few nice orgasms.
