This is marketed as a beginner's butt plug. It is very small, and with lubrication, anyone should be able to use this plug with very little effort. The vibrating motor is located in the neck of the toy, so it will sit directly within the anal sphincter. This toy will be a great introductory toy for someone who is interested in anal play but too nervous to use a standard plug (the insertable length of this toy is much shorter than for most smaller, beginner plugs). The toy already comes preloaded with batteries, but you need to unscrew the top and remove a piece of black plastic that is buffering the batteries from the connector before use.

The toy has a very slight, vinyl-like smell and has a gummy flexibility. With the removable bullet in the toy, there is enough firmness to easily insert the toy. Without the bullet insertion, insertion is still possible but a little more difficult due to a non-firm neck. Without lubrication, the surface has a minor amount of grab that makes insertion difficult and potentially painful, but with a single drop of lube, it instantly becomes very slick. The package states that the material is a “non-phthalate body safe material” and “made from PVC and ABS.” I am assuming that the plug itself is PVC, and the bullet is ABS.

This plug is little - the entire length is the same as a credit card. 75% of this length is insertable. It has a diameter of 1 inch at its widest part, and the base is wide enough that, with care, capture isn’t likely; however, the base is very flexible, so capture isn’t impossible! The base can be bent down to create a diameter of 1 inch (see included picture), so be aware and don’t force the toy past the base. The toy is small, so it should be very easy to hide, but anyone who knows what a butt plug looks like will instantly know what this is.

I was surprised at how strong the vibrations were for such a small bullet. That being said, after about 5 minutes of continuous use, the vibration strength died down dramatically and only returned to its originally strength after about 5 minutes of being off. There is only one vibration speed. It may seem strong when you turn it on while not inserted, but once inserted, the vibration won’t feel quite as strong, though it is still noticeable. The packaging does not mention the toy being waterproof, and there is no rubber seal, so if you want to use this toy around water, you will need to remove the bullet. When in use, the noise produced is rather quiet.

The bullet is not waterproof, so if you are going to wash this toy in water, be sure to remove the bullet. Either toy cleaner or anti-bacterial soap can be used to clean the toy. PVC is porous, so this toy should not be shared. I do not recommend using a condom over this toy, as I feel the base is too flexible, and using a condom could create a risk a toy capture (that is when the entire toy is inserted fully into the rectum...which could require an ER visit). I normally don’t store toys with batteries, but this toy uses 3 watch batteries which could easily be lost; if possible I’d recommend storing the toy with the battery removed, but this is not going to be practical for everybody. The toy comes with a little piece of plastic buffering the batteries and the connector, I highly recommended keeping this piece of plastic as it will allow you to store the batteries inside the toy without energy leakage. If you lose the piece of plastic you should be able to make a new one with a standard hole punch and a shopping bag.
