This toy was definitely designed
These are great--definitely no disappointment here! They're amazingly versatile. All four cuffs are equipped with sturdy metal clips on the ends, and are able to come unhooked from the hog-tie ring, and organized in any manner you please. The possibilities are literally endless, with four of these units. Partners can be handcuffed together at the wrists or feet, an individual can have both pairs of limbs bound together, one can bound their partner to bedposts, shower-rods, and obviously--hogtie style. Clips can even be attached/tied to rope for even more limitless bondage capabilities. (Is it obvious that I'm madly in love with them yet, or shall I continue on?)

hogtie & cuff set to experts and novices alike--the soft lining makes a big difference. One may say that rough activities should be rough, and the lining shouldn't/doesn't matter, but trust me, after using unlined cuffs for quite some time, these make a world of difference. Also, this set has ultimately converted me from my previous undying love of just straight, plain,
"police-style" handcuffs. (Yes, metal cuffs. And yes...ow.)
In addition, the Velcro makes for amazingly fast and easy attachment, without worries of anything being "too tight" (loss of circulation really isn't fun, you know...) One would think the use of Velcro in these cuffs compromises some of their strength--and it does, if one really, really tried hard, they COULD get out of these, but in my personal opinion, that's a "Pro" (makes things a bit more interesting, you know...). However, that may very well be a "Con' for some individuals with differing preferences than I.
The only major "let down" I had with this set, was the absolute awkwardness and discomfort of the hogtie configuration. However, that is naturally due to the nature of the hogtie configuration itself, and not the fault of the product. The extreme versatility of this product makes up for it tenfold though.
All in all, this is a superb set. It COULD be a bit stronger, but I wouldn't personally sacrifice the Velcro closures for a bit more strength. I'd recommend it to anyone, no matter what experience level they may be.
