Since buying this cock strap, we have purchased a few other cock rings ranging from Jelly to Metal, and still use this strap on occasion. The main reason we still use this strap, is because it requires no stretching, and my husband doesn't have to try to lose his erection first. It can be difficult to go through foreplay then lose a hard on that was present for over 10 minutes. My hubby uses this when he wants no special requirements and no preparation, but still craves the feel of a cock ring.
The strap has managed to not lose anymore of it's snaps, so the thought is that it was a defective snap. My husband loves the feel and the quick release of this product, and we will be buying a new one of a little different design to replace this. Seeing the missing snap is annoying for me, and at the price range of these cock straps, buying a new one won't break the bank. I think we'll be going with the one with pyramid studs next, as it is oh so sexy :)

Used improperly, that's a possibility. But if you're careful and make sure you know what you're doing ahead of time, it shouldn't be a problem.

If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say that it says "5-speed" because there are 5 snaps and the manufacturer was trying to be clever with their titling. It does not vibrate, it's just a leather strap with snaps on it.
