Tether restraints - bondage toy by Cal Exotics - review by Kitty Kat

As usual my new toy arrived promptly and discreetly. Eden Fantasys knows what they are doing! With an excited squeal I tore into the packaging, already planning my evening. And what an evening it turned out to be!

I recommend these restraints for anyone with limited experience. Someone who doesn’t want to use those good silk ties anymore. Or maybe you want to travel and need your ties un-rumpled for business meetings! These are appropriate for many wrist and ankle sizes, they fit me well and on various friends whose ankles I ‘borrowed’ for a minute. These restraints are a decent price for what you get. Even though they are sewn in some places they didn’t rip when I pulled against them. The velvet is what one would expect, not high quality, but not bad either. They seem to be a pretty good deal.

I like these because you have some variation on how long you want them to be. So you can choose to give your partner a little slack or a lot. They are extremely user friendly. They are not complicated at all. They actually remind me of the Velcro shoes everyone wore in pre-K before they learned how to tie their own shoelaces. Very simple. There is also a lot of versatility as they can be tied to furniture or to themselves, if, say, every now and again you want to hog-tie your partner.

I would be worried about the velvet wearing away in places where the restraints were repeatedly tied around furniture. I will have to see how they hold up over time. But again, for the money, even if they do wear out, I would say they are worth it. Sadly, the one thing that I truly dislike about them is that they are only offered in leopard print. Not exactly my cup of tea, and I know that I am not alone in that view.
