While these leather cuffs might not be the strongest around, they still work perfectly for light bondage play. I decided to get these, because I already had the Wrist Bondage Basics Cuffs that go with this collection. I was a little nervous that they wouldn't fit, because I have pretty thick ankles, but at 13" long, they should fit comfortably on most ankles. Don't worry too much about size, because it's adjustable too. Much like a belt, it has slots for you to choose your size. The smallest being about 8", and the longest being almost the full 13".

As I mentioned before, these are made from leather. They're pretty durable, but because of the cinch that you use to "lock" it into place, these probably wouldn't work very well for a lot of heavy bondage. I think the easiest way for me to describe how to "lock" these cuffs is through pictures, so here you go:

First, you have the cuff. As you can see, there are two D-rings. One of them has a metal base. You can also see the slits, which are like holes in a belt.


You fold the cuff over and put the slit of the right size over the D-Ring that has the metal base.


Finally, there's a leather strap that goes around the middle of the cuff. You put this over the slit, and through the D-Ring to hold everything into place.


As you can see, it's not very hard. If you're a fan of buckles though, this probably isn't the right choice for you. And the strap may fall out during heavy play, which is why I think it's best for light bondage only. The outside is made of leather that looks shinier and smoother, while the inside has a smoother feeling material, that feels nice against your ankles. This is what the inside looks like:



As you may have also seen, the D-Ring isn't very big at all.



You can fit the clips from most leashes in it, and even thinner rope, but you can't really do any kind of intricate knots or use a thick chain of any kind with a D-Ring that small. It's the only problem I really have with this cuff. Luckily, I have thin enough rope that fits just fine inside it.



I'd suggest these for anyone who wants to try out a little light bondage, They're cute, and they're comfortable to wear, but sadly, they don't hold up very well to the rougher play.

Care & Cleaning
To clean these off, I just wipe them down with a damp cloth. You can use a little mild soap as well if you want. Storage is also very easy with these. I just keep mine tied to my bed, but if you can't do that, you can also store them in a dresser or toy box. The container they come in is resealable so I kept them in that for a while as well. There are plenty of options if you don't want these to be seen!

I've had a lot of fun with these. I love to be bound, and when I saw that they had cuffs long enough for my chubby ankles, I was extremely excited. Me and my husband have played with them a few times, and they're constantly tied to the posts under our bed, so they're there when we need them. It's wonderful!

These cuffs are great. For a long time I had them tied to the bottom of my bed, for times when we wanted to use them. The ropes got tangled though, and I had to put them in my toybox.

These are still in really good shape. They're durable and fun. I'd suggest these to anyone looking to get into bondage.
