The English Cock and Ball Cage is different because it offers a lot more functionality. I found that I could wear it all day long if I kept the strap portion on a loose setting and when it was time for fun, I could keep it on through all of our activities and could tighten up the strap at the appropriate time to potentially help create a stronger and longer lasting erection. My wife said that it was nice when she was working on me orally because it kept my balls up out of the way of my taint and asshole.
