Crave ankle restraints - bondage toy by Spartacus - review by Shebanna Electra

The Crave brand ankle restraints which I received in the mail recently are not the first I have ever used, but they are by far the best! The package was easy to open, and I instantly fell in love with the deep, gorgeous purple hue of the restraints themselves. It is neither fully feminine nor masculine, yet it is unique...not the every-day black most are accustomed to. The leather is soft, supple, and very smooth to the touch. I knew immediately that the leather is of high quality.

The restraints have a soft, black, fur-like interior lining. While the "fur" is most definitely faux, it feels and looks real. The product size says "One size fits most," which usually means that those with larger ankles, myself included, may not be able to wear them. I often have difficulty finding shoes that will fit me, so I was very surprised when I was able to get the restraints on! Unfortunately, the fit was a tight one, and I had to use the largest setting. Regardless, I admit these restraints are much more roomy than most.

Even with the tightness, the restraints were very comfortable. I tried walking around with them on for a while, and they wrapped warmly around my ankles. They felt wonderful! Later, a rope was tied between the metal D-rings. I wore the restraints for a couple of hours, tending to a few minimal activities. After a while, the restraints began to feel somewhat painful from being tugged and pulled by walking. This had nothing to do with the quality of the restraints themselves, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were no marks, chafes, or burns on my skin, nor was there any damage to the restraints, even after hours of activity while wearing them.

That evening, the restraints were put into use in the bedroom, when my partner adjusted the binding ropes so that we were able to enjoy ourselves "around" them, including vaginal and anal sex, without impediment.

Overall, I was very impressed with the Crave purple leather restraints. They proved to be not only beautiful in color and style, but strong and versatile as well. For a large-ankled person like me, it is rare to find restraints that fit, so these have become an instant favorite!
