The Slave collar is a nice and simple collar. It’s good particularly for beginners who want to try using a collar that is easy to put on and remove. It's also a good choice for anyone new to collars or wanting to try one out without spending a lot of money.

This collar features a one-snap closure, and has no ring for leash or other attachment. It is adjustable, from 13" to 16", but if you have a very large or very small neck, this will not be a good choice.

The Slave collar is 3/4” wide and made of black oiltan leather with a matte finish on the front. The back is suede-like and comfortable on the neck. It has no scent at all.

The word “SLAVE” is in silver capital letters on the front, about 1/2" high. The collar snaps on, and is adjustable from 13” to 16” in increments of 1” to accommodate a variety of neck sizes.

There are four silver snap bottoms on one side, and one snap top on the other. If you put the collar on anything other than the largest (16”) setting, the bottom strap just fits under the larger – it only connects on the one snap. This causes the bottom strap to slip a bit. If you have a larger neck, this will be much too tight.

This collar is decently made, and should last a long time.

The Slave collar performs as expected. It is easy to put on, and can easily be removed with one hand by tugging near the snap. This collar looks nice on. It stays on well and holds up to pulling and tugging, as long as you do not tug near the closure. It can get a bit hot under the collar, but the soft backing helps keep this collar comfortable.

This collar is easy to care for. Being made of leather, it is water resistant. It is also resistant to tears and punctures. Cleaning is a snap with a damp cloth, and mild soap if needed. The collar should be stored flat or loosely rolled.

The collar comes in a small, easy to open clamshell case, with the collar rolled inside. On the case insert, other named collars they make are listed. The insert also lists a website where you can go and create a custom collar of your choice (although the prices are substantially higher). This is a great option if you are looking to create a collar all your own, and willing to pay a bit more for customization.

My husband and I are getting more into collars lately (that is, I am getting more into collars; he is getting into putting me in a collar), and the Slave collar looked like a fun choice. I like the word on this one better than on others I’ve seen. I like the simplicity of this collar, although I do wish it had at least another snap top on the back so it looked nicer when I have my hair up off my neck.

There’s something about wearing a collar that I find extremely erotic, and one that says Slave turns that up a notch. My husband really liked this during our play and I did as well. I do wish it had a ring on the front so it could be used with a leash or fastened to a restraining device, but otherwise this collar is nice.

I think this will be an enjoyable addition to our bondage play for some time to come.
