The Three Ring Cock Cage by Sportsheets is a good toy for beginning to intermediate CBT. It is not a chastity device and I doubt it could be used as such. It could be used in a BDSM setting by attaching it to a harness or a leash however it lacks a separate loop for such. If a man gets an erection it can dig in a bit and cause some pain. Please make sure it fits properly before using a cage.

This product is well made. The leather has that delightful smell though it is a bit stiff at first. The metal hardware is seamless and without burrs. The rings turn within the leather well enough to be easily positioned. However, one size does not fit all! The large ring is 2" in diameter and meant to go around the balls and penis and the two smaller ones are 1.5" in diameter and meant to go along the length of the cock. Measure yourself while erect with string and divide by 3.14". Do this over the course of several days to get an average. Don't force yourself through the rings.

The three ring cock cage did not work well at all for us but that was due to our lack of experience with these types of toys.
