Overrated Ecstasy
I don't like these condoms at all. I think they're horrible condoms that are overrated. Just because there's a larger space for the top portion of your penis, doesn't mean it feels amazing.Published: January 2, 2012

When I first heard about these condoms, I heard amazing things about them. I kept hearing about how they were the BEST condoms around, but when it came down to it, and I finally got around to using one, I did not see the appeal whatsoever. These did not live up to the hype at all. I did a little study on these condoms. It turns out that it is the balloon shape of the condom that creates that amazing "feels like there's nothing there" feeling. Unfortunately, I much prefer a snug fit as opposed to having too much room.
I also felt that the clean up with these condoms was a bit messy. The lubricant was a bit much and there was a bit of a latex smell. Some people said that they preferred the larger tip and that it felt better that way. I honestly just felt like I put a garbage bag on my penis and tried going at it like that. Another really big problem was that there was no reservoir tip, which meant that, when I came, it just turned into one big mess.
The biggest problem that I had with this condom was that I kept losing my erection due to just how loose the condom felt on my penis. It was a feeling that I just wasn't comfortable with and I did not like it at all. To make things even worse, there was a time where my girlfriend and I had a condom break on us! When that happened, I threw out the rest of the box and said, "Screw this!"
I absolutely do not like this brand of condoms. It feels more like I just put a plastic baggie over my penis then actually wearing a condom. Plus, with that one time when the condom broke, I decided that no condom is worth accidents like that. In combination with the overuse of lubricant and thickness, I honestly do not like these condoms at all. I, like always in every other review, am going to say this - not everyone has the same experiences. I still would advise you to just give it a shot. But at the same time, don't waste your money and be very cautious when using. Go bum one from a friend or something. They won't mind.

Bleh! I still hate these condoms with a passions, a month of two back I thought "what the hey, lets give 'em another shot" the condom tore! and I had to get a pregnancy test! never. ever. ever. again! (thankfully it was negative.) *phew*

LOL @ "felt like a plastic bag on my penis!" These sound like absolute nightmares! I hate that y'all had such an awful... and scary experience! At least it was negative, but still! Who wants that kind of scare? I can't say I blame you for never using these again. I'd probably get rid of them as well. Thanks for all the details and for sharing that experience. Super helpful!
More room at the top just doesn't sound that safe...more area to break? I've never used these, but I'm not so sure I'd even give it a try now!
