Sensi-Grin

This product overall was extremely thin and created a nice smooth natural feeling, but was lacking in increasing sensation. The feeling of this product is about the closest thing to not wearing a condom, but it still isn't the same.

I have used this brand of condoms before and have found them to be decent products but the sensi-thin line are by far my favorite. This condom is the thinnest from Durex and I was a little skeptical about it at first and felt like it might break from rough intercourse. I ended up using these with a partner and much to my surprise it felt like the condom was barely there. There isn't any added ribbing or texture to the condom so the feeling is very natural and smooth which is a break from the type of condoms that I usually use. They also did not create a lot of friction when the lube ran out which was a nice change, but at the same time they did not increase sensation.

The condom itself has a normal odor, not anything different from any other condom. A major plus that I have found is that they are paired with a water based lube that is totally safe to use on silicone toys for easy clean up. The sizing is also a little on the smaller side, particular in reference to the girth. The condoms seem to be pretty sturdy and do not seem to stretch out during use and I have not had a problem with them breaking.

Overall I thought that this was a pretty great condom in comparison to the rest of the Durex line. The ultra thin feeling was definitely the highlight of the product although I wish that they would be just a tad larger to accomodate more girth. I will most likely use these in the future due to the water based lube used for the safety of my other toys, but prefer Trojan as a brand due to their variety in sensitive increasing products.

Hearing that there's not been a problem with breakage is always the absolute most important thing for me in a condom review!

  • Will these condoms rip more easily?
    • i'm very paranoid about condoms ripping. surely the thicker the condom the better, so won't this thin condom rip easier?
    • I don't think I've ever used a Durex condom. I've mostly used Trojans and Lifestyles.

  • Is this already lubricated
    • Wonder if i should buy this with extra lube, pleast let me know
    • A lot of condoms end up needing extra lube. It can't hurt to get some anyway, because what's the worst that happens? You have extra lube you can use for sex some other time?
