Simple Easy Way To Clean Your Toys

This cleaner does what it's supposed to do; clean. But it lacks clear instructions, and doesn't seem any better than my normal way of cleaning toys.
Published: June 3, 2009
Pros:
Cleans easily, no smell.
Cons:
No instructions, no discreet bottle.

The bottle has a simple clear and pink design, which I like. It's cute if you like pink, although if you're looking for something more discreet or despise this color, it might be a drawback.

The bottles design also might be a little too simple. There are no instructions. So I have no idea as to what it can, and can not be used on. I just know that it's for external use, and to wash before and after every use. I took this to mean, I spray it on the toy and then wash it but I'm not really sure.

The spray has no noticeable smell, and is not made with alcohol, which I really like. It is instead made with aloe vera, and the anti bacterial fighting ingredient is triclosan. I did a little research on the ingredient, and it seems to be a very safe and effective way of fighting bacteria. Although there has been some controversy surrounding the ingredient, that made me a bit wary. Most of the controversy surrounding it has been in the UK and how it reacts in water. Although it seems safe, despite this, it still makes me uncomfortable.

I grabbed one of my dildos, sprayed it with the toy cleaner, and then washed it with hot water. I didn't notice any sensations that could be attributed to the cleaner while playing with my toy. Afterward I cleaned my toy again with the cleaner and water again.
It seemed very effective in cleaning my toys but no more effective in my standard way of cleaning toys.

The thing is, I don't know if this is safe to use on all my toys. I'm not sure if I'm using it properly, and honestly I don't think it did any better job of cleaning my toys than my normal ways.

Instructions would be nice. I just got some cleaner and Triclosan is the main ingredient. I remember reading some information about that a while back (the issue was triclosan in handsoap) as some people believe it's not very healthy. I should find that again.
