The Pleasure Principle Harness is an excellent beginner harness. The straps are easily adjustable and suitable for a wide range of body types. This harness comes with a small silicone dildo to begin your sexual explorations with a harness.
Packaged in clear plastic, only as large as the dildo, with a picture of a woman wearing the harness and cock, there are limited instructions that accompany this product. There are two O-rings that come with this product, allowing for different size dildos. Use caution when opening your harness package. My second O-ring disappeared on the floor when I pulled the harness out, and was not seen for several days. These O-rings look similar to rubber cock rings, and could probably double for that purpose, although we did not use them in that fashion.
The straps are described in the properties section as “Faux-leather”. Perhaps that is the technical term, but I find it misleading. They are basic synthetic straps, and don’t look anything like leather. They look like the straps you use to adjust most backpacks. The dildo holder itself is two pieces. The front piece is a piece of shiny black (or pink) vinyl. The interior is composed of two pieces of “Aslan leather”. This may be real leather, or a very good imitation leather. One piece is the back of the front piece. There is also a separate, and removable piece with a hole for a dildo. According to the package insert this is for self play. (I did not find that this worked well.) The leather is very comfortable against skin.
The dildo is easily inserted with snap on rings. It’s easiest to insert the dildo before wearing the harness. I’m a rock-climber, so I’ve had experience putting on harnesses, but when you hold the harness in your hand you might wonder which strap goes where. The easiest thing to do is to look at the dildo holder, position it correctly, and then step in or begin to adjust the straps. The straps are adjustable (and removable), allowing the harness to be adjusted to fit in a variety of locations on your body, and for the straps to be in the most comfortable place. I found them comfortable low on my pelvic bone.

I'm still not sure if the interior "leather" is from a real animal hide and therefore real leather or "faux leather."
I didn't check the O-ring sizes, but since the straps can actually tighten against the o-ring they will cover a wide range of medium to large based toys.
Spicywife- I had a lot of fun wearing it by myself. It was truly a mindgame and incredibly stimulating. I literally "stroked my own cock..." and felt very different and powerful. It will take some time before this is part of my relationship with my husband. (Sorry...)
