Mr. Marcus' Realistic Cock & Vac-U-Lock Leather Harness is a new edition to the product line offered by Doc Johnson Enterprises. Mr. Marcus has been in the porn industry since the 1990's and was inducted into the XRCO Hall of Fame in 1996 and AVN Hall of Fame in 1999. The package includes the harness, dildo, vac-u-lock plug, and vac-u-lock powder. The harness is made out of leather and is some what on the stiff side but does soften up with use (think new pair of shoes). The vac-u-lock plug is constructed of hard plastic and the realistic dildo is made from Sil-a-Gel. Sil-A-Gel is non-toxic anti-bacterial material which can be used with water based lubricants and cleansed with warm water and mild soap. It does have a tendency to attract dust and lint so it is a good idea to wash before and after using the dildo and condom use is recommended. It does have the odor that is associated with products of similar construction however it does fade after washing and airing out.

The only directions supplied with the package relate to how to attach the vac-u-lock plug to the harness and dildo to the plug. The plug is secured with four snaps that hold it in place and the dildo is slid onto the plug. The powder is used as a lubricant to assist in sliding the dildo onto the plug. The harness does require some assembly since there is a removable waist strap that is used to expand the waist size for larger wearers. Depending on the wearer will determine if you need the extender strap or not. There is also a sliding piece of leather on the waist strap with an elastic loop on it. It looks like it could hold a small bottle of lubricant or small controller for another toy but whether or not you leave it in place or remove it will not affect the function of the harness. The center strap is similar to crotch-less panties in the front and secured in the back like a “G” string. The opening in the center strap leaves the wearer exposed for stimulation if so desired regardless of gender. The center strap takes a little getting used only because of the way it rests against the inner thighs.

The dildo is molded from Mr. Marcus himself and like the title says a lot of Sil-A-Gel went into making this dildo. All together there are two pounds of Sil-A-Gel that goes into this reproduction so with that much weight it makes sense that the harness is made of leather. At eight inches long and six inches in circumference this dildo is not for the faint of heart. There is a fair amount of Sil-A-Gel that goes into the reproduction of the scrotum as well. The size of the scrotum actually limits the amount of insertable length to about six and a half inches but it also acts as a buffer from the vac-u-lock plug which has no flexibility. The level of detail visually is accurate however the shape was something of a new experience. Instead of a proportionate cylindrical feel along the length there were bulges; not sure if they are meant to be there or not but if they are then the only way to describe them is a dick with muscles.

The harness is compatible with all of the Vac-u-Lock accessories. The one draw back to Mr. Marcus is the size, he may be too big for some to enjoy. He will definitely fill you up if you are looking for a larger toy but the great thing about this set up is with all the accessories that are available there are lots of possibilities without having to remove the harness.
