Obviously this is a cock and just about anything a regular cock can do can be performed by this beauty. Designed mostly for vaginal thrusting, The Realistic has dimensions that give your orifice a challenge and size queens will rejoice at the pure volume of this dildo. The suction cup base adds for some excellent versatility allowing hands free operation. Think Blue-Tooth for sex toys! Much less chance of an accident when your hands aren't physically on the device.....
Anal use is probably not possible except for the most experienced players because of the 2" shaft diameter and just thinking about trying it with The Realistic makes me nervous. It fades with time and cleaning and we have found that giving the toy a good initial soaking in hot water and antibacterial soap seems to quickly take care of most of the smell.
