Diamond net thigh high stockings - sexy lingerie by Leg Avenue - review by Beck

My mother recently purchased me a set of these to match the corset I bought. The picture was fooling, looking at the photo it seems like the top of these are a different material than the stockings. They are not; really that image is much more flattering than these truly are. I am disappointed in the appearance. They just do not look like the picture, they look very cheaply made.

These are intended as stocking, these would work great if you have mile high legs and thin thighs. I am 5 foot 3inches and these go all the way up my leg; if I had on boy shorts they would touch. I have chunky thighs especially the farther up you go, these roll down and create a roll over when I wear them. These are really cute even though this happens! These would look great with a vampire costume or the night nurse. They create a great gothic look.

These are kind of difficult to put on; I always fit my thumbs inside and bunch them up. This allows my feet to go in nicely; well bunching is hard to do since the diamond cut outs are large. Then when pulling up I was scared that I was going to rip them. I did not, but you could easily. This is normal with any stocking. The top also is a pain to line up right, to get bow in right position.

These stockings are made of diamond net, which are components of synthetic fibers with open knitting. This makes the material soft, strong and stretchy. They are black stockings with diamond shaped cute outs all the way up. The top of the stockings is red also made out of diamond net. Attached to the top of these are two silky bows, one red and one black; they are doubled together for one bow look. These stockings are great for that gothic look, if that is what you are looking for. This diamond net material should only be hand washed with 30 degree water and allow to air dry. Never bleach, iron, or machine wash; this may damage them. Also keep away from direct heat, this too could damage them. Also at the toe of these there is a thicker chunk of material at the seam. Not sure of its purpose.

My over all rating for these is 4 stars, even though they were not right for me they still are great. These are meant for taller skinnier women. These stockings do have a smell that I noticed; they smell like a screen window. It is not unpleasant and I only smelled it when I first opened. This smell went away with one washing.

These stockings come packaged in a plastic sleeve with a card board insert. This insert has instructions on how to wash and product material. No use keeping it, I threw mine out.
