I have thoroughly enjoyed these exercisers, both as a sex toy, and a health product. On the health spectrum of these, let my start by saying I have had two children. While I have not had vaginal deliveries, 9 pounds of human doing a jig on your bladder does things to a woman. I won't be ashamed to admit that I might have some leaking when I sneeze or giggle. By using these eggs every day, I have been able to stop that annoying issue.

Using these daily, I have improved the strength of my PC muscles. It was sort of hard to use them at first, because they were small, and my muscles were not in top notch bodybuilder shape, so I had a bit of trouble keeping them inside of me. I started out just inserting them, and doing my kegal exercises while laying down, and eventually I would do them on my hands and knees, and so on... until I could walk around my house with them in and not even realize it. I also found that these eggs could be very sexy. My husband got very turned on just knowing that I would be doing dishes with something inside of me, and he literally could not keep his hands off of me.

The best thing about these was their simple usability. They are easily inserted with just a pea sized drop of lube, if you even need that. I found if I was even remotely moist I could just insert these dry. I was a bit scared about inserting them in me without a way to retrieve them, but I knew from my own research that they could not get lost up there. As I said before, when I first started using them, I had the opposite problem... keeping them in. As I got better at using them though, and they did not come out on their own, I found that by simply bearing down I could usually get them out. If they still didn't come out it was not hard at all to reach one finger in and retrieve them.

I don't have these anymore, as I have since upgraded, but I enjoyed them for quite some time. They were a great starter set for me to experience kegel exercisers and I'd still recommend them for others to use!
