The Studio Collection Sexy Secrets Compact with Bullet by the Screaming O is a nifty little compact mirror, with a dirty little secret. Under a panel hides a bullet vibe and extra batteries. It has the potential to be a sneaky way to have a vibrator with you at all times. Unfortunately, there are a few design flaws.

When I first stumbled upon the Sexy Secrets Compact, I was interested because it looked like a clever way to stash a bullet in my purse without the risk of accidentally pulling it out when digging through my bag. It is also multipurpose since the compact holds a mirror inside. Win-win, right? Well, not exactly.

After receiving the compact, I was disappointed to see "The Screaming O Studio Collection" printed on the outside of the case. That may raise some eyebrows if using the mirror out in public. The case opened easily, and I found a plastic shield covers the bullet and three spare batteries. Now, this shield is not held down by anything. No latch or anything of that nature, so if you moved the compact at the right angle, the shield would flop open to expose the vibe. I put the compact in my purse to test it out, and see if it would stay closed, and unfortunately it came open. I had to fish out the batteries from the bottom of my bag. So, for me, the main allure of the product was lost.

I was a lot more impressed with the bullet. It is made of plastic (an 8 out of 10 on the safety scale) with a click button control on the end. It is waterproof, and takes 3 watch batteries. It feels a bit velvety as opposed to smooth, shiny plastic. It does have a plastic odor. I washed it, but it still remained. It also made my fingers smell faintly plastic-y. When you click the button, it goes to low speed. Another will give you medium speed. A third gives you high, and a fourth is a pulsing speed with various intervals. It is a bit noisy, but nothing too distracting. It gives a nice powerful vibration. The bullet is a definite keeper for me. It is easy to clean with soap and water, a toy wipe or isopropyl alcohol. You can use silicone, oil, or water based lubes with it.
