I have had experience with other similar products, but I can say that Fleshlight put in much more attention to detail and craftsmanship into their product. Unlike other products, not just the opening is modeled after the real thing. I have seen that many products simply add another smaller opening to the same sleeve, but this toy takes it a step further. The sleeve itself is very tight, and has small ribs to help stimulation. It has a distinctly different feel from other Fleshlight sleeves. Granted, you have to buy all of the different sleeves for a Fleshlight to get the varied feelings, but it is worth your money to explore all there is.

This sleeve approximates the real thing as best it can, and in more ways than one. As with the real thing, lube is absolutely necessary. You will not be able to fit inside if you do not properly prepare it. The instructions suggest that you soak it in warm water beforehand. The added warmth is nice, but just running some warm water to prevent it from being cold ends up being just about the same. To clean it, you need to run water through it and store it in a place where it is properly ventilated. If you store it wet, it can grow mold, which nobody wants. For deep cleaning and certainly if you intend on sharing, you should clean it with isopropyl alcohol. They also suggest talcum powder or corn starch to restore the original soft feeling. Use only water based lubricants, as oil based lubricants can wear down the material. The care and maintenance is just about as complicated as the real thing, and while the consequences might not be as grave, it is still an expensive product that you’ll want to take care of well.

But how does it feel? It feels very good. I found that there is a perfect level of lubrication, that is a little hard to achieve, but rewarding if you can. As with most of these products, there is some defining inner shape. Often the shape is more or less pointless because there just aren’t fine tuned senses down there. If there is too much lube, the ribs lose their feeling, and a lot is lost in the process. However, if not enough is used, it can be a bit too tight. The perfect level allows you to feel the ribs, but still move comfortably through. As with the other Fleshlight products, the bottom end of the unit can be adjusted to provide different levels of suction, which gives a very fine tunable product that you can adjust quickly to meet your needs.

Overall this is a great product. It comes with a longer prep and cleanup time than most other products on the market, but it makes up for it in quality. It is not nearly as subtle as it thinks it is, but it could fool someone at a distance. You’ll still want to keep this hidden though. If you’re looking for a toy that feels a lot like anal, this is your best bet.

Months later, this is still my go to toy. It has a great texture to it, and it's high quality. I can easily recommend it to anyone. It's nice to have different inserts for the fleshlight, and this is one of the better ones.
