I was skeptical of this toy when I first received it, my girlfriend bought it for me so I could have a toy of my own. The sleeve took a decent amount of lube to get going. Thankfully, it came with a sample "wet original" water based lubricant. After a few minutes, I was there with a stronger orgasm than I could have ever achieved on my own. It did make a bit of a mess though, due to its open end.

Later in the week, my girlfriend and I were able to use it together; making for an interesting new twist in bed. She was able to use it in foreplay to get me ready for the fun stuff effortlessly. The open end proved useful, helping to provide oral. She was able to fully stimulate me without any worry of gagging, and again making it all around simpler for her.

The sleeve is a soft gelatin like material with a sticky texture. It stretches like none other, keeping a tight feeling at the same time. It only gives off a faint rubber smell when you hold it close to your nose but nothing off-putting. Being made of jelly it is a pours material that if not cleaned properly can allow for bacteria buildup that can cause infections.

The sticky texture gives a good grip wile you're using it but doesn't have any ill effects on use after lube is applied. The lube gives the the inside an extremely smooth glide that makes me think that if the ribbing wasn't there you wouldn't feel much of anything.

Unfortunately, the material is already starting to tear. I'm afraid I may only get a month or two before the sleeve is either too loose or not useable at all.

The sleeve has a surprisingly realistic mouth that reacts surprisingly well while in use. The little nose was a bit off putting at first, but once in use it didn't matter. It's short (about 4 inches) with an open end that is a bit tighter and finely ribbed at the last half inch. The wide open end is a good and bad thing, solo it causes a bit of a mess if you're not ready for your finish. The open end is perfect if you're using it with a partner when it comes to using it as an oral aid.

Other than keeping it in a safe place where nothing can tear it, this is a very low maintenance toy. It doesn't require any batteries, and it has no cords. The open end allows for easier cleaning. All that you have to do to clean it is run water though it rinsing out anything inside. An anti bacterial soap can be spread inside and worked around with your finger to clean it. It cannot be sterilized.
