The Maximus double ring is designed to have one ring around the man's balls, and the smaller ring around the man's cock. These rings are tight but they stretched just fine. According to my husband- they actually fit better than any of the other cock rings that he's ever played with. We also got some massage oil the same night so we used a tiny bit of that to make the ring go on easier. He's had trouble with gel rings pinching skin in the past- but he said that he didn't really need the oil.

So... you want to really know how does it work. Unfortunately for us- we never did get the "bullet" to vibrate. He loved it. I couldn't really feel it. I could a bit- a different texture that was "nice." The beads? No idea. I think that they added pressure to his cock, but he didn't mention them specifically. This product probably offers a different experience when it functions properly, but I don't know how often there is a problem with the bullet.
