As described, it's a cock ring. I tried it for 3 reasons -

1 - To help maintain an erection
2 - To increase staying power
3 - Increase firmness

Personally, I think it will work for anyone hoping to achieve one of the above reasons. Being stretchy, it's great for those new to cock rings (like me) - easy on, easy off. No fears of being 'stuck.'

Silicone is a great material. Odor free, easy to clean, and can even be boiled. The Atlas cock ring is no exception. It is well crafted, nice, and smooth. It does drag a bit across the skin when dry, so a bit of lube is very useful in getting it positioned smoothly. I would imagine if you are rather hairy, you would want to be careful, as it could get caught and pull hairs.

It does attract dust/lint, so keeping it bagged (i.e. ziplock) will help keep it clean. A quick rinse from the faucet works well for me.

The Atlas ring has a raised pattern on the outside of the ring, which besides it adding a 'cool-looking' factor, made it a bit easier for me to grab a hold of to remove. It starts out at 1 1/8" for the inner diameter, and is fairly stretchy - enough so that after placing it on my erect fella, I could pull it down to encircle both testicles without it being too difficult. A word of caution - if you have used lube to put the ring on initially, it can easily slip off your fingers when pulling it down in this fashion and snap back in a very disheartening way.

Being what I consider an average size, this ring fit me quite well. Since it stretches fairly well, it should fit those more well endowed, but since it does try to return to it's normal size, it could be uncomfortable for some.

Atlas worked well for me. Easy to put on with it being stretchy, and a touch of lube to get it positioned comfortably. With the squeeze being put on, I did notice a slightly firmer erection, and it was a bit larger than normal, plus I was able to control myself a bit better and delay my orgasm. Your mileage may vary, but for me there was a noticeable difference in the size of the head of my cock.

Simply wash with a good toy cleaner, or antibacterial soap. Being silicone, you can even boil it if desired. Personally, I use hot, soapy water, using antibacterial soap. It does attract dust/lint, so storing it in a ziplock helps a lot.

I really like the Atlas ring. It fit me well, and being somewhat stretchy, gives me the option of just using it on the shaft, or around both the shaft and testicles. And it did meet my 3 reasons stated above. Its physical size keeps it low profile and out of the way. If something happens to mine, I'd definitely buy it again.
